Each clamping head is designed with sprayer,the liquid or air will be ejected to bottle inside continuously to wash or dry bottles once bottles are overturned and place well.Improves production quality.
The high quality filling nozzle is with larger power when filling materials,this can improve filling efficiency.The quantity of filling nozzle can be customized as needed.
This machine is with mixing and heating function,the heating temperature and mixing speed can be adjusted according to the regulator.This is good for filling jam,face cream,chocolate etc.
Designed with two capping heads to improve working capacity.The capping torsion is controlled by servo motor, which can ensure the capping accuracy.Capping head should be customized according to cap size.
High quality labeling component,the height of labeling rolls can be adjusted according to labeling position,this can improve labeling accuracy,makes sure there is no bubble under label stickers.
The size of turntable machine can be customized according to production scale, speed can be adjusted by the speed regulator easily.It makes production collecting more convenient.
