MOLD
The Machine offers customizable molds. This allows manufacturers to tailor the de-molding process to the specific shape and size of their lipsticks, ensuring a perfect fit and minimizing the risk of damage.
CONTROL
It features a user-friendly touchscreen interface for easy operation and control. The intuitive interface allows operators to quickly and easily set de-molding parameters. For added convenience and safety, the machine features start and emergency stop buttons located within easy reach of the operator.
DE-MOLDING
The de-molding mechanism utilizes a precisely engineered slide rail system to move the mold and de-molding tools. While the de-molding process is taking place, the machine simultaneously flips the lipstick tubes and inserts the de-molded lipsticks into them.
