The 12 heads paste filling machine work with high speed capping machine and dual use labeling machine to realize the automated production of engine oil, shampoo, body gel etc.Multiple filling nozzles can be customized as production need.
Equipped with pneumatic filling nozzles, these has larger power when filling thicker liquid.Multiple filling nozzles can be customized as production need.
The working speed of wheels can be adjusted as needed.The frst wheel (from the left) is for making bottle cap in place before capping,ensuring production quality. The quantity of capping wheels can be customized as needed.
Equipped with bottle guiding structure, it is suitable for bottles that are easy to fall down during capping, making production smoother.Its width can be adjusted according to bottle size.
Equipped with cap elevator, this can transport bottle caps and put caps onto bottle mouth automatically.It improves working effiency and saves working labor greatly.
This machine is suitable for single side or double side labeling stickers on flat bottle like machine oil bot- tles,hand sanitizer bottles, laundry detergent bottles.
